Jesus Christ gives Abundant Life

Jesus contrasted His mission as the Giver against the mission of the taker in John 10:10:

¹⁰The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

If you have repented of your sins and committed your life to the Lord Jesus Christ, spiritual life is yours NOW, eternal life is yours NOW, and abundant life is yours NOW.

We are NOT waiting for life; the LIFE has come to us. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the LIFE.

⁶Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. ~ John 14:6

Coming to Jesus when He draws you to Himself is coming to the Father, too, because they are One. (John 10:24-33)

The Present is the NOW and the NOW is most important!

The only guarantee for you is NOW.

Live in the NOW! God created you in His image and He is the "I AM". You were created to live NOW. Don't become too burdened by the past or anxious about the future. LIVE NOW!

If you have decided to follow Jesus, you are NOW a child of God. (1 John 3:2)
Don't worry about tomorrow. Live TODAY. (Matt. 6:24-34)

Contemplate Tomorrow with Hope and Joy

Tomorrow we might be seeing Jesus our Blessed Savior face to face.
Tomorrow we might be walking on streets of transparent gold.
Tomorrow we might be talking with saints of the past we have read about in the Scriptures.
Tomorrow we might be in Heaven. Tomorrow we might move in to the New Jerusalem.

Just keep this truth in the front of your mind:

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, brought heaven down to earth and He has already put heaven in your heart!

The King of kings has put His kingdom within your heart.

You can experience His kingdom by choosing to walk in it and fellowshipping with the King NOW.

Yesterday is a cancelled check; tomorrow is a promissory note; today is ready cash - spend it wisely.

Don't Fret Over the Past

You can't go back and change anything.
You can learn from it.
Your eyes are in the front of your head.

Don't Worry Over the Future

Ultimately, you cannot know what the future holds.
Generally, you can plan for it.
We KNOW we will die and we will stand before God.
Be prepared to meet God.

You are Alive NOW!

You're not alive yesterday. You were.
You're not alive tomorrow. It is not here yet.
Live in the now. You are alive in the present.
Be present in your life NOW.

Live For Jesus Now!

Jesus said, "sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof". Your plate is filled with today.

As followers of the Way, we should live in the NOW.

It is always good to be reading God's Word and God's word does tell us some things about the future, but we can become so enthralled over the future that we ignore the present. This is not good!

Are you a Child of God? Are You Ready to Meet God Now?

We don't know if we will live even another moment! You are not prepared to live if you are not prepared to die! Are you sure you are saved? (2 Pet. 1:10-14)

Don't be like the foolish rich man! Be prepared to meet God. (Luke 16:19-31)
